Unbeatable and quiet location right at city centre.

Everything was perfect, and it had good wi-fi. I loved breads, eggs, and cheese in the morning. No reason to complain, the venue met needs well, do recommend it.

Nothing to dislike.

I enjoyed the room with private bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was good sized as advertised! The location was excellent and unbeatable, not too far from Praza de Abastos.

Some people working there were not always friendly.

It was fairly clean and straightforward place, large and airy rooms. Every staff member was very hospitable and particularly helpful. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel.

The wifi signal in my room was quite weak, so I had to go to the lobby to use the internet. there was some noise coming from the reception area.

Simply no complains at all, fine stay. Spotless, original hotel built in an original style. Central location, not too far from a Roman Catholic cathedral. Found in a pretty quiet area very close to restaurants of the old city centre, the Old City and the airport...

Location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and close to all the attractions. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking a serene garden and beautiful cityscape. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with any requests. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a romantic escape. Plus, the breakfast offered a good variety of options and was delicious.

The lack of in-room coffee/tea making facilities. It would have been nice to have a hot drink in the morning before going out, especially when the breakfast service was not available until later.

The property was modern and original. Location: the hotel was so close to main square as well as the Cathedral and important spots in Santiago. It also was also close to Airport bus stop. The location was best possible and peaceful, with El Romero nearby, where we could eat;)))

Didn't find elevator which we wanted.

This place is really clean and perfect, the Wi-Fi is great, and the staff is very attentive. The location is central, right in the old town.

The location was mind-blowing, just a stone's throw from the famous cathedral and the charming old town. The room was super clean and comfortable, with a jaw-dropping mountain view. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing free Wi-Fi and luggage storage. The coffee shop and bar/lounge area were PERFECT for relaxing. The modern bathroom and flat-screen TV added to the overall comfort. Air conditioning kept the room cool and there was a welcome drink upon arrival. There were cots available for families and a strict no pets and no smoking policy. an unforgettable stay with all the necessary amenities.
